Bridging Law and Psychology for Families in Transition

At Amicus, we provides a comprehensive suite of services that bridge psychology, law, and coaching. Our work spans across six key domains – each designed to meet families, individuals, and professionals where they are in their journey toward therapeutic justice.

Research & Development – Informing Practice Through Science and Collaboration

Our research initiatives explore the intersections of psychology, law, and social care.

We collaborate with academic, legal, and social institutions to enhance clinical standards, inform public policy, therapeutic justice models, family and youth offending interventions, trauma and attachment and court-related mental health services.

Research Focus Areas:

1. Forensic psychology and criminogenic needs

2. Trauma recovery and resilience frameworks

3. Parenting coordination and attachment-based interventions

4. Impact of Collaborative Practice on family outcomes

Goal: To continually refine the ways professionals support families and courts toward healing, accountability, and justice.
