MenToo is part of Amicus’ mission to support men’s mental well-being and corporate social responsibility, balancing profit-making with actions that positively impact society, specifically families.
It is now a growing movement of men who have first answered the call sounded at the Forum on the Richness of Manhood (FoRM) – a call to remember men’s own richness, talents, and masculine genius.
Amicus and Bros Before Woes have come together to drive the efforts to build this community of men, with men, for men, in a not-for-profit manner.
This collective movement aims to exist for men who recognise that with richness comes responsibility – to themselves, their families, and society. Men gather not to compete, but to connect. Not to perform masculinity, but to live it – through strength, courage, integrity, and brotherhood.
Men become better men – with men. We bring together men from every walk of life to continue the spirit of FoRM – sharing stories, sharpening virtues, and challenging one another to grow into the best versions of themselves. We care about Men Too! #MenToo
Why this matters
Based on general patterns and research data, below are some key challenges that often affect men more acutely:
1. Stigma around vulnerability and emotional expression: cultural expectations (stoicism, provider role) can discourage men from seeking help or admitting distress.
2. Relationship strain & identity: marriage breakdown, separation, or divorce can trigger loss of identity (husband/father), social status, financial stress.
3. Sexuality concerns: performance anxiety, shame, unrealistic expectations, porn use (though research in Singapore on porn addiction / sexual dysfunction is less abundant) can affect self-esteem, intimacy.
4. Mid-life pressures: aging, health decline, caretaking roles, financial burden, changing social roles.
5. Lack of targeted support programmes: general mental health services are broad-based; fewer programmes tailored to men’s lived experience in marriages, divorce, sexuality.
Men! You are not alone; there is a community and movement now;
when you need it, help and support are available. Otherwise, offer support to
your brothers, help each other showup in the best version of yourselves.
What we do
Amicus stepped up and took the responsibility of inviting and gathering men who subscribe to the reality that “men become better men with men”, and recognise that with richness comes responsibility.
Amicus’ decades of work with men and families puts her in a unique position to support, connect and empower men from all walks of life, and all groups of men who come together for varying interests and passions. The purpose is to help and support each man live out their own unique masculine genius with strength, courage, integrity and brotherhood.

Men’s Groups
We have connected and aligned with the following men’s group to support the good work they are doing for men and with men. In particular, we have partner Bros Before Woes to grow the MenToo Community for men to openly explore the goodness, challenges and even issues men face – from mental health, relationships, masculinity, to sexuality and overall well-being.
In line with Article 8 of MenToo Charter, groups reflected here are aligned and pledge continued alignment to the Charter.
MenToo will work in alliance with other like-minded men and men’s group to become a collective and united voice for men in Singapore.
MenToo mission is to bring as many men as possible and men’s group together, so that men empower and strengthen each other to make good their own lives, and that they each may thrive. We believe when men thrive, families thrive!
Not every group is meant for every man. Men may reach out to the group they identify with and connect directly. Each group of men have a unique offerings.
MenToo and or Amicus, bears no liabilities or responsibilities on what each men’s group does as each group is unique, as men are, and it is run autonomously and independently. While every care and effort is taken to understand each group, MenToo is unable to vouch for every dealing each group has.
In the spirit of the MenToo Charter, deep respect is accorded to each man and the men’s group within this community as they go about supporting and building men.
Everyone is connected via this MenToo Online Community, you may join via one of the men’s group or here. Free subscription allows for you to just be updated on activities and announcements. The premium membership (Use the limited validity code: MENTOOGO27 for lifetime free membership) allows access to offerings by Amicus and the various groups at significantly discounted rates.
We hope that as men grow, the group also grows, and more importantly, families grow. We invite each man to join not just to receive, but to also give of yourselves to each other.
May you help each other grow and support this effort wherever you can, and whenever you can. Why do we do this? Simply because we care for men too! #MenToo
Step Forward. Live Whole. Lead Well.
Every man has a story – as a son, a brother, a husband, a father, or a friend. Yet too often, men are told to stay silent, stay strong, and stay in control – even when they are struggling.
At Amicus, we believe that strength begins with honesty, healing, and purpose. Our programmes and coaching services are designed for boys, men, fathers, and grandfathers, who are ready to reclaim or act-on the richness of their masculinity – not through dominance or suppression, but through courage, integrity, empathy, and self-mastery.
Whether you are navigating a divorce, seeking deeper connection in your marriage, exploring your identity, confronting porn dependency, or simply striving to live with greater clarity and peace – we invite you to step forward.
Join the MenToo Movement or participate in any offerings by Amicus for men or by one of the men’s groups. Rediscover what it means to live whole, lead well, and become the man you were always meant to be.
